With its headquarters located at Khasra No. 918, Tehsil Nakur, Gangoh, Saharanpur in the state of Uttar Pradesh, DBM Automotive has quickly grown into a vital pillar of the SunRen Group’s manufacturing ecosystem. The company specializes in producing high-performance components such as end connectors, oil bolts, pistons, and bleeder screws for some of the biggest OEMs in the Indian automotive industry.

Although DBM Automotive Pvt. Ltd. was formally incorporated on May 2, 2023, its roots are deeply embedded in the legacy of the SunRen Group, which began its operations in 2010 with a commitment to safety and quality. The journey began with a single plant in Roorkee focused on hydraulic brake hose assemblies. As the group expanded, operations shifted and grew — from Bhagwanpur in 2015 to the Devbhoomi Industrial Estate in Roorkee by 2019. With this strong foundation, DBM was strategically launched in Gangoh in 2023 to serve a broader market with greater efficiency and deeper manufacturing capabilities.
The Gangoh plant adds a robust infrastructure to the group’s portfolio, offering state-of-the-art in-house manufacturing capabilities and vertical integration across multiple processes.
DBM Automotive operates on a sprawling land parcel of 103,037.76 square meters, with a built-up area of 38,744.28 square meters. This modern facility is equipped to handle the growing demands of OEMs and EV manufacturers, housing advanced production lines and quality control labs. The facility is powered by an 800 KVA electrical connection, with plans underway to add a 1000 KVA solar power backup — a testament to DBM’s commitment to sustainability.
With an experienced workforce of over 500 employees, the plant is designed to deliver high-volume production without compromising on quality or safety.
